These terms govern your use of Clean Slate, referred to as the App, provided by Fear Army Limited, trading as Insane Rabbit Labs.
Using the App
You may use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to access, process and share any photo or video you use with the App. You must not use the App for unlawful activity or to infringe another person's rights.
What the App does
The App creates a separate JPEG photo or MOV video copy without intentionally copying source metadata. Pro users can choose to retain supported metadata groups in a single photo. Technical file properties remain, as do visible or audible identifying details and watermarks. The App cannot guarantee how a platform classifies AI content or remove every detection signal. Your original media is not changed. You are responsible for checking that the cleaned copy is suitable before sharing or relying on it.
Free use and Clean Slate Pro
The free version provides five successful metadata cleans per calendar month. A clean is counted only after the resulting copy has been saved successfully.
Clean Slate Pro provides unlimited metadata cleaning and lets you process up to 10 photos and videos in one batch. Pro is available through monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions or a lifetime non-consumable purchase. The price shown by Apple's purchase sheet is the price that applies in your App Store region.
Subscription payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew. Eligible purchases can be restored using Restore purchases in the App. Apple handles billing, cancellation and refund requests under its own terms and policies.
Availability
The App is provided as available. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Device storage, media formats, Photos permissions and operating system behaviour may affect the App.
Intellectual property
The App, its design, code and branding belong to Fear Army Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you. You retain your rights in your own photos and videos.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fear Army Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update the App or these terms from time to time. The latest terms will show the updated date. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where local consumer law gives you other rights.
